Grunwaldzka 212, 80-266 Gdańsk ensures the processing of personal data in the company in a manner consistent with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as the applicable national rules on the protection of personal data and taking into account the guidance of authorized bodies.
Rights in the field of personal data
The data subject has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer rights data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent and in its scope before its withdrawal. The relevant application should be sent via e-mail or via traditional post to the Company's address.
Time of processing personal data
We process personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. However, it should be borne in mind that the nature of the services we provide means that in most cases we are obliged by law to process data even when the services we provide have been terminated. Such obligations result from tax regulations, accounting regulations or in order to implement warranty claims.
Access to personal data
At DORADCA Auditors Sp. z o.o. only a person authorized to process personal data can have an access to it. The scope of the granted authorization may concern only activities necessary to perform the tasks and responsibilities entrusted to the person authorized. The fact of issuing the authorization, its scope and duration must be recorded and kept for control purposes. The administrator applies organizational and technical solutions to ensure that all operations on personal data are registered and made only by authorized persons.

„Administrator” means any natural or legal person, public body, unit or other entity that independently or jointly with others sets the purposes and means of processing personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are set out in Union law or in the law of a Member State, an administrator may be designated by Union law or in the law of a Member State, or specific criteria may be laid down for its determination.
Processing of personal data
„Processing” means the act or set of activities performed on personal data or personal data sets in an automated or non-automated manner, i.e. collecting, recording, organizing, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, downloading, browsing, using, disclosing by sending, distributing or otherwise type of sharing, matching or linking, limiting, deleting or destroying.
Consent to the processing of personal data
„Consent” of the data subject means a voluntary, concrete, informed, explicit will, in which the data subject, in the form of a declaration or explicit confirmation action, authorizes the processing of his personal data.

The data can be processed in an automated manner, but there is no profiling.

Cookies are small text files saved on a user's computer or other mobile device while using the websites. These files are used, i.a. for the various functions provided on a given website.
Validity of Privacy policy
This privacy policy applies to all cases in which DORADCA Auditors Sp. z o.o. is the administrator of personal data and processes personal data. This applies to both cases in which DORADCA Auditors Sp. z o.o. processes personal data obtained directly from the data subject, as well as cases in which we have collected personal data from other sources.
